You are real close to it. Could you give us the current status of the line and the "internal powered" 42" gauge Shay? Are you speaking that they are about to lay some new rail for the Shay?

There is no doubt that the Meadow River Lbr Co. will fill you requirement, Lon. It was loading freshly cut hardwood up to that date and closed down right after Georgia Pacific bought the company. There is a 78 page book on the company: "West Virginia's Last Logging RR- Meadow River Lumber Company" by Philip V. Bagdon (2002). TLC Publishing, Inc; Lynchburg VA. May be out of print from the publisher, bt rr book dealers may have them still.
