Just a quick observation but removing the CHS by buying the property might not work. As I understand it, doesn't CDOT want to get ahold of that property so they can widen the Interstate? Much as I loathe what the CHS did to GTL Inc. I still think they are the best obstacle to any attempted takeover of Loop property. A private concern wouldn't have the clout to keep CDOT out!
