Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you'll see the real estate ad titled "Prime Real Estate Offered at: $1,795,000- Georgetown Loop Railroad, Inc.'s Executive Offices along with Historic Building used for Gift Shop, Ticket Sales, and Cafe On the Market".
Personally, I don't understand why someone would advertise a tourist-centric commercial building for sale on the very same web page that they are documenting reasons why tourists might want to stay away from that very same area!
Then again, perhaps their thought is that documenting that the GLRR, Inc's expertise and performance remains unmatched will help them with their efforts to market the GLRR Inc's equipment and expertise? The original Georgetown Loop site (http://georgetownloop.com/) continues to say that the GLRR, Inc. is looking for serious partners to build another world class scenic narrow gauge train line.
