The CHS will not let anything stand in the way of what it wants in this instance. If CHS wants something burried it will be. We tried turning to government reps for assistance one year ago , and right up to the last run of the Ligitimate Loop Railroad( whatever runs henceforth will be a bastardized pisant mockery of what came before....dont liek that sentiment, I dont give a damn, go read somethign else) and we were all told that it was political suicide to get involved with that fight becasue you dont cross CHS .
In the case of the Govenor; if you want the money to restore the capital Bill, not to mention get somethign good atributed to your tarnished name....dont screw with us! and he didnt. Thats what you are dealing with when you try to get help from the higherups, they dont care and they wont unless its in their interests to do so. To Hell with what is right, they only give a damn about what is politically benificial. In the grander scheme of things Clear Creek County and the Georgetown Loop are nothing more than a popcorn fart in a concert hall to them.
