The question is not who owns what or whether the laws are obeyed but rather should we let our state government knowingly put peoples lives in iminent danger.
They can spend all our tax money, and then some, on grandous scheems that only line the pockets of those that would alighn themselves with them. In the end the only thing that really matters is how many grave stones must be orderd.
The CHS is risking the lives of those who unwittingly run these trains and those who ride them. What can be said of a state government that would allow such an atrosity. Simply that it is totally corrupt and so to those who would support it.
