I must agree with Daniel and Jason that "unnamed sources" are to be treated with a certain "grain of salt" as this happens all too often on emotionally charged issues. However, deciding to ignore what has been stated is probably not the best solution either!
If, as has been alleged, that #12 is lacking documentation to make it legal to operate in Colorado then this is something that needed to be pointed out as soon as possible so that it might be corrected! Others have posted what needs to be done that should solve the problem. Jason, you are in contact with Railstar (or at least I think you are considering what you have done for them!) I'm sure that you will pass on this "concern" to the proper people so that this will become a "non-issue" as soon as possible!
Let's try and be civil about this. Nobody is jumping up and down in glee when difficulties are posted about getting the Loop up and running! I'll admit that there is a certain anger that has yet to recede due to the hubris of the CHS but that is beside the point!
There is a big difference between holding the CHS accountable for all of their missteps, obfuscations and downright lies and actively seeking the failure of Railstar on the Loop! I know it can seem like we are advocating just that but in reality we are just holding the CHS's feet to the fire and are trying to make sure that the truth is remembered when the "historical revision" is made!
