'FUD' = 'Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt'. No fear here, but with CHS’s record of broken and amended promises and their ignoring of State RFP procedures, we have every reason to be uncertain of their goals and doubtful of their commitments.

Boiler regulation is done by an inspector from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, unless it is a locomotive boiler (quoting the DoL&E) "...of carriers subject to the federal locomotive inspection law."
Note: a November 27, 2004 letter from Ron Trottier to the Georgetown and Silver Plume business community stated:
"Railstar Corporation has an understanding of the federal standards for railroad operations. Though these standards do not apply to the Georgetown Loop Historic Railroad, these are the standards that will guide our operation of the railroad."
