The color ones look a bit too overdone on the saturation end--at least on this monitor. The B&W does look quite nice. I did a quick mess with the original untouched image and came out with something along these lines. Removed all the blue until the snow looked white, then worked back from there bringing a bit of warmth back into the photo. It might be a hair overdone, but it's a quick edit. It's times like this that you really wonder how we survived without shooting raw for so many years....
