Hey, don't knock the Y Motel as I've stayed there many times with an occasional mouse or two but then again I'm biker trash. Last year I stayed at this horrific place in Abilene, Tx but its right next to the busy UP (old Texas and Pacific) main line. Another multiple stayed place is the Crane Motel in Heavner, Ok and its right next to the KCS yard.

Best times of my life were with my motorcycle and an old motel with character that was next to the train tracks!
