No passion at all Bo, remember I am not on the committee. I only know something about the idea, but do think it is worth serious consideration. I thought that there might be some sort of survey done in the matter of that percentage you threw out.

I think that your museum at the airport is a good case in point. While I have no idea if it was convenient or not, (I myself would have gone as my dad was career Air National Guard and I grew up by an air base). The average person probably isn't nearly as interested as we and will not make the effort unless it is interesting and convenient.

As far a wishful thinking, I would suggest the focus should be to what would make Joe and Jane average tourist want to go over and visit such a place and whether they would find their visit informative and enjoyable. This area to me sounds like something you have a lot of experience in.
