I don't think were they plan to put it is a bad place.However i will be there
in august and may look and think otherwise. From here i dont remember how it
could be in the way of photos if it is built near the street.I would hope that
they would use a design like maybe a dispatch tower but with bigger glass
windows for viewing.
And on the bright side in 50 to 100 years from now it will be a historic building
