Con,
you had asked privately what I might have on SG engines. Most of my stuff is ng and C&S. I do have a few notes on the interaction of the C&Sng with the D&RGW in Leadville which involves some SG - primarily concerning the wranglings between the two roads about switching duties and such. I also have one or two photos of C&Ssg engines. You are welcome to scans of these. Sorry I forgot to respond to your question earlier.
