17. SERVICE TO THE TERMINALS. The Lessee agrees to operate at least one train each day from each depot (Antonito, Colorado and Chama, New Mexico) during the regularly scheduled passenger season. The Lessee shall operate the Railroad on a yearly schedule of at least 120 days.
But I still think the way to get more revenue is to increase ridership on the existing trains. Marketing isn't cheap. But trying to market (and improve) the Antonito end should be a priority. Remember when GB offered discounts for the Antonito round trips? I don't think it helped. It probably made many believe that the ride out of Chama was better.
