Yikes. Asking a question = a mandate? Interesting. If you reread my post it says nothing of the sort. I didn't make a mandate or order it be completed by any RR or remotely such. It is simply curious to me and it sounds like it is to others here as well. I suppose your reaction to my asking said question might be why a lot of people rarely post here, have gone somewhere else or simply lurk in the shadows for fear of being misunderstood by asking questions or chastised for opening their mouth.

I'm not dreaming nor trying to spend someone else's money. All I did was ask a question to see what type of input I could gather from all of the folks here. Last I checked, the NGDF is a discussion forum, yes? I stated very clearly that I wasn't trying to pot stir and am not sure how that becomes a mandate. Interesting stuff.
