Not to mention that for an 0 dark 30 departure there won't be any breakfast in Antonito. At least there are the golden arches in Alamosa and possibly other 24 hour drive through locatons!

Despite the generally negative comments about the condition of the Narrow Gauge Railroad Inn, I've found the couple that manages it to be friendly and helpful. There is a microwave in the breakfast room and if you let them know you are leaving really early, they will set out a covered plate of home made banana bread, or similar and leave the coffee maker set up. They have a cool cat named Radar.
