Not really. At least in the 1923 roster that the CRRM reprinted a few years back they are listed as Freight engines. My understanding is that they started moving into passenger jobs after the K-36's showed up in '25.

Exception to the above: ISTR they were used on 315/316 Salida-Sargents earlier but this job had been held by K-27's (often 459) for over a decade with T-12's just used Sargents-Gunnison.
