Correct, but there are a few things to consider. According to the 1914 timetable the train was carded for 3 hours and 38 minutes between Antonito and Chama. Today's train on the C&TS usually is pulling twice as many cars or more, which would affect the over-the-road timing. There is also the extended lunch stop at Osier to take into account.
Todays train is slower than the 1918 version from Antonito to Chama, but would not be much slower if running with the same number of cars as the 1918 version, and not having the long lunch stop at Osier.
