Actually, Bill, if you look at the pictures Rich posted of the 9613 and the 9615, the 9615 trucks do not appear to be Andrews trucks, but a version of Bettendrof style (probably ASF but not sure) truck. There are not bottom straps under the journal boxes that are characteristic of the Andrews trucks. As you are probably aware, the Andrews trucks were an early cast side frame design that was designed to utilize the journal boxes from the archbar trucks. The strap underneath the sideframe provided stability to the bolted-in journal box. So, the trucks under the soon to be infamous 'new' rider gon are actually possibly not historic anyhow.
BUT, if the pictures of the 9613 on the Antonito train set are to be believed, the 9613 still has it's original trucks. Another valid reason to work toward saving the 9613 from a similar fate.
