Gerald, are you saying that the morale of the employees is lower this year than last? Some of us had hoped that things would improve significantly with the change in General Manager. I know that last year, there was considerable tension. Things were very political.
I know that over the years, you contributed significantly to the railroad, and whatever the reason for your departure, I want to take the time and acknowledge your contributions.
