Can an outsider have a word a word here?

Regarding the RVC site. I looked into the criteria that "They" set way back in time. Given those conditions, there doesn't seem to be many options. To this outsider it appears that if you don't like the current preferred site, then one would need to go back to the beginning and re-define the criteria to use. Pragmatically, I doubt that any organization would do that.

Regarding the work party' site. From this outsider's view, having the work party's stuff in the middle of everything was interesting. It made the place come alive.

Yes, I volunteer at a Museum [~8-900 hr/yr]. I worry a lot about getting the visitors through the gate and keeping them there long enough to know that they haven't seen everything so that they need come back. When I travel I spent time looking for what works and what doesn't work. Whatever is going on the CATS is working. The number of active volunteers is mind boggling as is the amount of work that is being accomplished.
