John I think you nailed it with "the volunteers don't WANT to move, they enjoy working in the middle of the action" These folks spend a lot of their money, time & effort helping the railroad and if being in the action area helps to keep them coming and or new ones to come, it is a good thing IMHO. After the work sessions move the cars but leave them where they are for the work sessions. IMHO if you happen to get here during one of the 6 weekly work sessions, live with it cuz what they are doing is much more important to the success of the railroad than a few missed photos.
