Right you are Fritz, but it is still the taxpayer's railroad and historical sites and the gambling money still belongs to the people of Colorado! The CHS is charged to oversee the loop and they have done a piss poor job of it. They are trying to fill the bottomless pit they created with money and starving many other worthy projects around the state to save face.
Where is the oversight? None of the places in their control belong to them. We all should be working together as we all want the same thing for our shared history.
