Kevin, I'd agree that your analysis of the rage is on target, but I would offer a major reason why the rage is so intense among us. The success and integrity of a historical railroad have been destroyed by a publicly-funded HISTORICAL SOCIETY. It's not just any run-of-the-mill political bureaucracy that has little or no specific charge of maintaining the state's historical treasures. Therein lies a special reason why our contempt is so uniquely fueled in this case.
