Re: Further RG F-unit Q

Another Zephyr related item. I am finishing up a video on the Southern Pacific Overland Route. In that footage is a neat shot of the California Zephyr. As you may know west of Salt Lake City the Zephyr went on the Western Pacific, except in the later years when it was the RG Zephyr after the inception of Amtrak.
At any rate the cool shot is of the Western Pacific diesels hauling the Zephyr, detouring over the SP Donner Route, and the pilot engine is a Cab Forward.
Not trying to sell anyone anything but thought it was interesting to see this material and mention since these are real accounts!!! Proof is in the films. Programs won't be available until the fall season.
