Now about the laying on a inner ng rail from Alamosa to Antonio so you can run C&TS steamers into Alamosa, I will call anyone who thinks it should be done: NUTS. Especally since there is a very fine SG passenger train train running that service that could use a lot more revenue passenger to pay the fuel bill. Where do you think the money would come from to buy 3,036 tons of 115# rail to lay, and the labor to spike it down. That $1/4 million + will pay for the entire C&TS tie program. I will say again, it nuts.
