There is an article and some folio drawings in issue 59 of Extra 2200 South (Jan-Feb-Mar 1977)on RS4TC's of which the 4700N was one. Information from the article says it was scrapped at Hill AFB Late 1973 or early 1974. I do remember there was a folio drawing in an issue of Short & Narrow Rails of the Oahu Rwy. locomotives 15 & 19. By the way, they are 47 tonners. I do not know of any drawings for 3000.
