Sugar coated? Not exactly. Alot of the complaints throw at the CHS have been speculation...alot also are facts though.
Of course bad mouthing them isnt going to make them want to rehire the Ashbys. If your employee (yes I knwo the GTL isnt working for the CHS!) flipped you off, would you rehire them? Probably not. I think this constant bomb throwing on both ends hurts everyone.
Back to the issue of the passenger car. The GTL already uses a historic passenger car in daily service, the Rattler from the Lake Tahoe Railway & Transportation Co. - famous to us Californians. It has survived well. To say that daily service means the car will get destroyed (is 70 the coach they are referring to?)but I will concur that all original peices wshould be stored IF they DO intend to operate it.
