Curtis,
Don't worry about it. I ain't angry about anything. This stuff is supposed to be fun. Besides, being a lawyer, I have ample opportunity to be angry about lots of other things all day long. When I get home, it is time to enjoy myself and talk about pleasant subjects. Talking about old locomotives, and Eureka in particular, is one of my favorite past times. My post was meant to be simply factual, not confrontational.
I do not claim to be the know it all about Baldwin 8-18C locomotives. Indeed, you probably know more than I do about the history of this particular class locomotive. The only thing I am saying is that I know Eureka intimately because of the obvious fact I live and work with it daily.....literally. When a guy lives with a piece of equipment for many years, there is a tendendcy to get to know it rather well. Maybe that is a bit overbroad....there are probably some guys out there who dont know what kind of oil goes in their car, even though they drive it every day. But, you get my drift.
Also, forget the "Mr. Markoff" stuff. I almost thought the post was to my Father.
