Right on, Michael -
There's still going to be a slight mismatch where the C&T lettering is either removed or painted over, but anyone going to the trouble to re-letter the tenders
Rio Grande can also take the time to re-weather the tender by splashing it with dirty water, etc. IMHO, this is a situation where the old adage,
"If you want it done right, do it yourself" clearly applies - especially since the railroad doesn't have the extra staff available for this kind of chore.
