When the 464 arrived in Flint, it was planned to paint it with a green jacket. We had a Kindig photo that showed the 464, rods down, fresh from the shops and it clearly had a green jacket. Unfortunately, when the paint arrived, it was determined to be the wrong shade of green, so 464 came out in black, there not being enough time to re-order the correct shade of green. It looked good in black, but I think it would have looked better in dark olive green! Just my opinion...
