As I explained in a response to John Cole (above), this could have been either late 1974 or 1975.
If you compare the two pictures you can see that these were the boxcars we converted for use in charter freight trains. They had windows and doors on one side only so that passengers could ride the train and enjoy the scenery. We scheduled runbys so that the best picture opportunities would be on the "freight train" side. I am assuming that this picture is of a charter, although apparently a daisypicker group as no attempt was made to assemble a "freight train" here.
