David, why would you think the Friends could or would operate any rail equipment? If you read the Friends rules of volunteering that is required to be signed by each Friends member (before they can work like a dog for free for an entire week to support the R.R). It forbids Friends members from even operating a track speeder on the CATS. I think that pretty well covers it.
