Come on guys, what world are you living in that change can come from the bottom up. It does happen so seldom that at 70 years old I just don't have the energy to get involved.
So I guess that just makes me a squatter with no valid opinion. That is OK with me. But it does shed light that no one will take responsibility for historical accuracy. "Well that is the operators responsibility." Duh, maybe someone ought to spell out in the contract with the operator what historical perogatives they must adhere to. How many decades do you suppose that would take me as a yellow hat Friend to get the attention of someone who cares. Hey I'm NOT saying my way or the highway. Whatever happens is going to happen with the historical thing with C&TS, regardless of the demand from internet forum posts. With this venue available to us who care about what happens out there, and the amount of controversy 489's recent paint scheme has brought about, I only hope that someone with more influence than me can bring about change.
