Dave the 4 wheel dump cars #201-#210 may not be what I think is an early car shown in RS&P. I don't have RS&P at hand so this is from memory of the photo. I think the photo in the book may have been used for ore. The #201-#210 cars were purchased 2nd hand in Sep 1937 from the Utah Construction Co. The AFE for their acquisition says: 4yd Western Dump Car, Steel Beams; 2 way dump. Bed 108" x 81" x 22" Wheel base 4'2" Ht 66", Width 90" Lt 146" Light Weight 7140lbs. As has been mentioned before, SVRy relaid the main starting in 1937with relay rail leased from UP, built a tie treatment facility and relaid the ties on the main, then built a rock crusher and screening plant and reballasted the main. Possibly these cars were purchased with this work in mind.
