There is a photo in the Colorado Rail Annual probably #12 or maybe #14 of one of the cars that purportedly went to Nevada. This is in the article by Mal Ferrell on the Utah Northern. The car is lettered "SV" then the #. I was told be someone that this is in error that the "SV" is actually for Surprise Valley. Maybe Brian Norden or Sam Bass might know something about this. Probably the person that told me the photo caption was wrong was either of these folks or Garrie Tufford. I have nothing concrete myself to refute the caption. The "SV" on the car does not look at all like the logo used by SVRy on other cars.
