I provided those three scenarios as the kind of thing they might look at while doing an indepth strategic study. BTW - you'll notice my second option didn't go so far as banning computers from the ticket office. Although one could argue that would be a good way to truly relive that era, I doubt if the office staff would be interested.

However, my main point was that an intentional, and well-publicized, setting of course would be good. JBW had talked of obtaining professional help to think about image and advertising, and I think this would be the best place to make use of that. Presumably a main purpose of the experts would be to investigate what can be sold and what shouldn't even be considered.
