Well said, John. May I boldly suggest that we, or they, or whatever, establish a board like this on which all ideas can be discussed - both good and bad. Sure, there is going to be a lot of schlock appear, but also a lot of good. It's up to the reader to make that judgement.

But this avoids what we are going through right now with the discussion of the visitors center. I may be in the minority, but I am unhappy with primarily the location of said center, but there are other aspects also which give me heartburn also. Have I been able, as a FRIENDS member, to express and opinion - right or wrong? No. A board such as this would give that opportunity. And at no cost to the FRIENDS power structure other than perhaps a few bruised egos.

I strongs suggest that the FRIENDS consider such a move.
