I was heavily involved in the passageof thislegislation, and consider it one of the legacy's I am most proud of during my tenture as GM.
It is a wonderful marketing tool, if used to it's fullest potential, and I thought it was important, with the emergence of the RAIL RUNNER, that lawmakers didn't lose sight of the historical significance of the C&T.
To the Denver Post I would like to say:
Yes you do own half of it. Fund it like you own, instead of turning your back on it. Like you did, again, this year. See the link.
