I have seen this picture before, and everytime I see it its harder to look at. This is the definition of a "train wreck" and by that I mean something you dont want to see, but its hard to turn away.
Its amazing how many locos were scrapped, and I have yet to see a picture of this. 13 k27s, 2 37s, a 36, c21s, the c25, you could even count the 7 28s if you want. Thats 26 locos and I havent even touched the inside frames. This is something I would like to see pictures of, no matter how disturbing it is.
