R.G.S. #42 Again

Looking through one of Dorman's books the other day I found an RFC report from 1939. It shows engines 40 and 41 with 160lb boilers and 42 with a 145lb boiler. That pretty well closes the case on the fact it never got reboilered.
Although it was a wonderful historic event that saved the last C-17, it seems once again the DRGW gave the RGS the sort end of the stick. I'm quite sure there must have been another C-19 around they could have gotten.
