I bet this has been done...
But get the Friends on board and let them promote it also... Maybe earmark the funds for resto of lokies only.. If 483 is so far away...If another one is closer it would be in the best interest of, and maybe more profit for the RR to get any of the lokies going.
Again make the funds available directly and only for lokies.
