I was one of the group that bought the #12 to bring to MCRR. I don't remember all of the dates involved, but I do remember everything was purchased under contract. After all was said and done not everything was included as parts had disappeared, one big one that I remember was the front equalizing beam was missing and a few other things. A law suit was initiated against the seller, resulting in getting some of the groups money back. I do have some pics of the #12 in MP but nothing digitized yet. The boiler was one of the things included and delivered to MCRR.
