Thank you Dale for your very enthusiastic support of the CRRM idea. As Don Richter subsequently - and correctly - pointed out, we DO need to give Railstar a chance. Based on what I've been reading the past two months, in all likelihood they are not "in cahoots" with the CHS but are more likely going to be the next scapegoats. And it does seem they have hired a very experienced manager. Time will tell - I was just conjecturing on what MIGHT be possible IF it could be proven that some of the CHS board members really did get out of line and the legislature - or the courts - DID decide to do something about it.
