Karasu,
Considering that the Ashbys basicly owned all the rolling stock and lokies... And they owned the company, did they not? I would say they could act like they owned it(not saying that they acted wrong). Maybe they didnt own the rail, ROW or bridges. But they can find another place to lay track. The CHS has to try to find rolling stock with usable lokies... I would say that is a bit harder task.
