Steve (and everyone elese for that matter),
As far as I know, #9 is still slated to be up and running for 2005. #111 would come later. Last I heard the idea of using 111 on the Loop was dead, but this is obviusly not the case. Early drafts of the contract between Breckenridge and the CHS essentially called for swapping #9 and #111. Breckenridge would get a cosmetically restored #9, and fix it if they desired, the CHS would get #111 (presently cosmetically restored) make it run and use it on the Loop, if at anytime one party or the other wanted "their" locomotive back, the swap would occur. This seemed like a good agreement to me (not that I had anything to do with it), #111 is more suitable for use on the Loop and the historically signifigant #9 would be displayed and cared for along its native South Park Line instead of being used in daily service. Obviously, things have changed quite a bit since then. Everything else aside, it will be neat to see #9 run.
