Quibbling detail: was the 30-40-30 split part of the original contract renewal negotiations between the CHS and GLR, or was it only in the RFI/RFP?
I admit I found that little clause so outlandish I didn't believe it. Seems like the good citizens of the two towns might prefer the tourist influx of daily nine car trains to a percentage of a profit margin that tends to be razor-thin in this business.
