The point I was trying to make was that in general, maybe there were fewer out of state tourists in the area. Maybe the only reason someone came from out of state was for the railroad. Maybe you didn't get as many in state tourists because of the bad publicity, fear of starting fires, and maybe they did it last year and got stuck at Toltec for hours while the crew was rerailing the tender.
Lots of maybes. You have good marketing people, so I'll let them figure it out!
