Mr. Cutter: With all due respect sir, it seems like your blood pressure maybe up, with your remark about somebody slandering someone else. Did
I miss something here? I haven't read anything here that approaches anything like that. Many others who commented, myself included, were making
reference to the 'process', by which your organization now finds itself dealing with crime,
vandalisms, and headed into the financial wasteland of litigation. There is a concept in PR
and marketing that says that once a situation has
deteriorated to the point similar to the one at
Creede, that somebody didn't do their homework early on in the process. As for your implication of slander....I can only say that I have met and
done business with Don Shank...and I like and respect him. As for getting to the facts, most only know what they read in the Valley Courier or the Pueblo paper. Your comments are presented as fact, however most will identify your personal bias since you have a vested interest in the project because of your personal involvement. Somewhere between the newspaper reporting (they don't have an axe to grind I assume) and your reporting of the facts...lies the truth. Regardless of this the fact that there is trouble
in 'River City'...still means that it should never had come to this and somebody didn't do their homework. Respectfully submitted.
