It's pretty clear from the schedule that there is no room to run a charter during the busy season. One was attempted in June a number of years ago and they spent each day either sitting in sidings or running for the next one. Participants were pretty unhappy but it was the organizer's fault for attempting it at a busy time of the year.
I was on a Chris Skow charter that ran on the last day of the season and the two days after the end. We had sun on two days and proper coastal Alaska weather on the final day! The mountains were covered in "termination dust."
