I found pretty quickly when I got serious about helping Dave
:
1 - NONE of them are very close to what we're looking for anyway.
2 - All the flaws and mis-alignments of the curves in the modeler's fonts show up big time when enlarged to 24".

Right you are -
But IIRC, the numbers on #225's tender are from the earlier era, with the larger numbers and the style of the '2' has a level mid-section. I used the two from the photo of #424 as a guide, enlarged it to 12" tall and cleaned it up, did the best I could to correct for the camera angle and adjusted it very slightly to 18" wide, and smoothed the curves.
